Do you see what I see?

‘Do you see what I see?’ is an interactive journey of discovery through Mu.ZEE’s permanent collection for children from the third to the sixth year of primary school. The group and their guide will explore the language of modern and contemporary art, as well as the artists’ intentions behind their various works. The children will be given every opportunity to speak. Through a variety of playful assignments, they will be invited to unleash their own creativity, actively think about art and formulate their opinions.

 

Nature of the activity: guided tour through the museum with creative assignments
Audience: children from the third to the sixth year of primary school
Duration: 1 ½ hours

Price: €60 per guide (max. group size: 20 people per guide)

 

‘Mister James’

Tour with creative assignments
Mister James has lost his inspiration! Who can help him regain it? His painter’s smock is full of fun assignments for younger children, who will lead the artist to plenty of ideas for new works of art. ‘Mister James’ is based on the figure of James Ensor. After their encounter with the artist, the children will be guided through the many different styles of modern and contemporary art, in search of new ways to make art.

Audience: children from the third year of kindergarten to the second year of primary school.
Duration: 1 ½ hours
Price: €60 per guide (max. group size: 20 people per guide)
